These intimate classes cover a range of topics from the building blocks of cooking to incorporating seasonal flavors year round, all led by the Salish Culinary Team. You'll leave the class with a Culinary Adventures apron, and recipes to recreate your masterpieces at home. 

Apple Pie Baking Class
Learn how to make the perfect, flaky crust from scratch and a rich apple filling for this classic fall dessert. Class includes seasonal lunch, recipe cards and a whole pie to take home.
