Culinary Happy Hour Series
This series gives participants a more in-depth understanding of how to prepare and cook various proteins and produce. A small group of 12 will participate in cooking demonstrations while sipping on a glass of Washington State wine and enjoying seasonal bites. Each guest will leave the class with a signed apron and recipes to recreate their dishes at home.

Break down beef tenderloin for the perfect holiday feast, including techniques to make sure you get 100% yield out of large cuts of meat.
