Penn Cove Mussels
Our chef will demonstrate how to prepare local Penn Cove Mussels, then turn them into a dish he calls Moneybag Mussels. This comfort food, created with the tax-weary in mind, pays dividends when washed down with the Sazerac you’ll be served.
