Culinary Happy Hour Series
Forget the discounted appetizers and cheap punch! This series gives participants a more in-depth understanding of how to prepare and cook various proteins and produce. A small group of 12 will participate in cooking demonstrations with the Salish Culinary Team while sipping on a glass of Washington State wine and enjoying seasonal bites. Each guest will leave the class with a signed apron and recipes to recreate their dishes at home.
Mushrooms from Cap to Stem
Develop mad mushroom skills – including working with multiple types of wild mushrooms, learning everything from cleaning and prep to cooking and serving.
