Grab a friend and join an intimate group of 12 guests participating in cooking demonstrations, sipping on a glass of Washington State wine and enjoying seasonal bites. The Magical Honey Bee
Enjoy honey-themed appetizers as you sip wine and learn the importance of the magical honey bee in honor of National Honey Month. Our Salish Beekeeper, Daniel Sullivan, will make a special guest appearance to discuss his role and the importance of the honey program at Salish, the challenges that the honey bee faces in the current global environment, why honey can’t be labeled as organic, and more.
