These intimate classes cover a range of topics from the building blocks of cooking to incorporating seasonal flavors year-round, all led by the Salish Culinary Team. You'll leave the class with a Culinary Adventures apron and recipes to recreate your masterpieces at home.

Holiday Cookie Decorating

What better way to spend a Sunday than baking cookies? Get cookie decorating tips and tricks while making Salish Honey Almond cookies from start to finish. You’ll decorate with chocolate and various frostings for a full batch of perfectly ornamented cookies. Class includes seasonal lunch, recipe cards, and a dozen cookies to take home.
