Get the inside scoop on the secret to the ultimate mushroom soup. Our culinary team will give you foraging tips for finding your own fresh mushrooms, like which varieties are in the area and the best time of year to look for them. Finish up the class and your glass of wine with a recipe to take home and wow your next dinner party.
