Salish Canning Classes
Learn how to preserve all of the flavors of the season with Salish Canning Classes. This educational four-hour class will cover the art of canning with ingredients like cherries and blackberries, as well as how to make the perfect apple butter for fall. Classes include a buffet lunch, signed apron, recipe cards and twelve jars of your seasonal creation to take home.

Classes are each limited to 8 people. Prices include tax and gratuity. Reservations must be prepaid and are nonrefundable.
