These intimate classes cover a range of topics from the building blocks of cooking to incorporating seasonal flavors year-round, all led by the Salish Culinary Team. You'll leave the class with a Culinary Adventures apron and recipes to recreate your masterpieces at home.

Apple Pie

Nothing says fall like a warm slice of apple pie. Master the art of the perfect flaky crust and sweet, spiced filling using Washington apples and fresh ground spices during this quintessentially-fall afternoon in Chef’s Studio. Class includes seasonal lunch, recipe cards, and two pies to take home.
