Namdapha National Park is located in the North-Eastern state of India flanked by the Patkai hills to the South and South-East, or by the Himalayas to the North. History of Namdapha National Park

The Namdapha National Park, for the first time, came into notice during the Second World War due to its rich biodiversity. During the second world, many planes got crashed. After getting independence, in 1972, the Namdapha wildlife sanctuary was established by the government of India.
