YPOS Night at WildLights
Seattle, WA Wednesday, December 16, 2015 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm Organized by: Young Professionals of Seattle (Contact)
Event Description
Get into the holiday spirit with YPOS at Woodland Park Zoo’s annual holiday lights event, WildLights! Join us for networking, adult hot cocoa, s’mores and more inside the zoo's gorgeous event space before exploring their spectacular holiday lights display. We'll also get to hear from the Zoo about their conservation efforts and how to get involved.
In addition to access to our networking event your ticket also includes light apps, one drink ticket, and admission to WildLights.
Our friends at YPN will be here hosting a coat drive benefiting Mary's Place, a local charity that gives shelter and resources to local families in need. Bring your new or slightly used coats to the event and get entered for a chance to win a four pack of tickets to the Zoo and a pair of tickets to YPOS's upcoming Anniversary Party!
Getting here: Enter the zoo through the WEST ENTRANCE (closest to 55th and Phinney) and tell admissions you're with YPOS. There will be signs for the Rain Forest Pavilion where you'll check in and receive your drink ticket.
Parking: Parking is free! The closest lots to the West Entrance are the Otter Lots and Penguin Lots, both accessible at 59th and Evanston.
About Woodland Park Zoo: Founded in 1899, Woodland Park Zoo has sparked delight, discovery and unforgettable memories for generations of Northwest families. People who experience the wonders of the natural world are inspired to protect it. That's why every year we lead more than 1 million people on a journey that inspires a lifelong love of animals, makes science come alive, and gives people the tools to take conservation action.
